Shipping Policy Explained
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms. Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx using standard ground rates.
- In-stock items arrive within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Out-of-stock items ship within 4–5 weeks.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
- Shipping estimates are provided on each product page.
- Availability may vary due to manufacturer stock. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we'll notify you with an updated shipment date.
- You may choose to keep, modify, or cancel your order if a delay occurs.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Large Freight (LTL) Shipping
Large furniture and oversized mirrors ship via freight (LTL). Estimated delivery time varies by item and is listed on each product page. This extended timeframe ensures safe and secure delivery.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different locations. You'll receive a tracking email for each shipment separately.
Important: Before signing for a freight delivery, please inspect your item thoroughly. Any damages, defects, or missing items must be noted on the carrier's receipt at the time of delivery. If the receipt is signed without notation, HVS Home cannot be held responsible for damages or defects discovered afterward.
White Glove Delivery
Available for large furniture items. Includes assembly and placement in the room of your choice at an additional cost.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship within the continental US, Canada, and the UK.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. addresses, Military Post Offices, or Freight Forwarding Companies.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Available shipping destinations for each product are listed on its product page.
Shipping Costs
Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and item size. During promotions, launches, or collaborations, processing times may be slightly longer.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and the UK, with plans to expand in the future.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@hvshome.com. HVS Home is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that show a successful delivery confirmation.
Return Window
- Most items are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer service team at cs@hvshome.com.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Eligibility & Exclusions
- Final sale, custom, made-to-order, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
- All returned items will be inspected. Items showing signs of use or damage may not qualify for a refund.
- If your order was placed during a free shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Oversized & Freight Returns
- Rugs 9×12 or larger and oversized items shipped via freight (LTL) require return authorization.
- To request a return, contact cs@hvshome.com within 10 days of delivery.
- Refunds for freight returns will be adjusted for original shipping and handling costs.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
