Shipping Method: UPS/FedEx

For Standard-Sized rugs, we utilize parcel delivery through UPS/FedEx. Currently, orders over $200 qualify for complimentary shipping*, excluding large furniture pieces, rugs and oversized mirrors. Standard-sized orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Please note that large furniture pieces and oversized mirrors have a longer delivery timeline of 20-30 business days once shipped from our warehouse. This transit time is to be expected as large furniture and oversized mirror requires to be shipped with a large freight (LTL) shipping courier.

**A fee of $199.00 will be charged to orders containing oversized products which are selected for entryway delivery which includes delivery inside of your home and to room of your choice including up two flights of stairs.

**An additional fee of $120.00 per oversized item will be applied to items which are selected for in-home spread which includes delivery inside of your home to room of your choice, perform spread, and dispose of packaging materials.
