How do I track my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase. Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking email to the address used at checkout. Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change my email address after ordering?
Email addresses can't be modified once an order is placed. For any other help, reach out to us at cs@hvshome.com.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Standard in-stock orders arrive within 10 business days. Out-of-stock items ship within 4–5 weeks. Large furniture and oversized items require freight (LTL) shipping — estimated delivery time is listed on each product page.

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
We're sorry to hear that! Contact us at cs@hvshome.com and we'll do everything we can to help. Please note that HVS Home is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can't be modified after submission. To request a cancellation, email cs@hvshome.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 10 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Final sale, custom, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at cs@hvshome.com immediately with photos or video of the damage. We'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and find the best resolution possible.
For freight deliveries, damages must be noted on the carrier's receipt at the time of delivery — without this notation, we're unable to file a claim on your behalf. Do not sign for a delivery without inspecting your item first.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase within 10 days of receipt — unused, in original packaging, and not a final sale or custom item — then place a new order.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Buy-now-pay-later options are available through Shop Pay and Afterpay, subject to eligibility and purchase amount.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Our checkout is powered by Shopify — you can review their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at shopify.com for full details.
